Compulsory Coaching For Foundation
Course:
The students desirous of appearing in the Foundation Course Examination are required to enroll themselves for coaching either postal or Oral.
Eligibility for Admission:
Admission to the Foundation Course Examination: Every person applying for admission to the Foundation Course Examination shall be required to apply in the form prescribe by the Council for the purpose and produce evidence to the satisfaction of the Council that he/she has-

Completed seventeen years of age on the date of his/her application; and

Passed the Senior Secondary School Examination under the 10+2 scheme of a recognized Board or an Examination recognized by the Central Government as equivalent thereto or has passed the National Diploma in Commerce Examination held by the All India Council of Technical Education or any State Board of Technical Education under the authority of the said All India Council, or the Diploma in Rural Service Examination conducted by the National Council of Higher Education.
Foundation Course:
Prospectus Fees: Rs. 150/- (by hand) and
Rs. 200/- (By post, DD in favour of NIRC of ICWAI, payable New Delhi.

Fee for Foundation Course:
Postal Tuition Fees: Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only)
The Postal Fees should be remitted through a Demand Draft in favour of “ICWAI” payable at Kolkata, along with forms to the Regional Office. DD CAN BE MADE FROM ANY BANK.
Oral Coaching Fees: Rs. 3500/- (Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred Only) (inclusive Study notes and other charges)
The Oral Coaching Fee can be deposited through Bank Challan in Indian Overseas Bank, Lok Kala Manch, Opp: ICSI, Lodhi Road, New Delhi..
Foundation Course Examination:
A candidate shall be declared to have passed in the Foundation Course Examination if he/ she obtains in one sitting a minimum of 40 marks in each paper and an aggregate of 50 per cent of the total marks.
No certificate of pass, except mark sheet, will be issued to a candidate passing the Foundation Course Examination.
Foundation Course Examination: 700/- (Rupees
Seven hundred only).
The last date of submission of examination from for Foundation Course Examination to the respective Regional Council is 15th April and 25th October for June and December term of examination respectively. The DD for the fees remittance should be made in favour of” ICWAI Payable
Kolkata”.
The price of Foundation Course Examination Form –
Rs. 30/- (By hand) and Rs.50/- (By Post, DD in favour of NIRC of ICWAI, Payable New Delhi).
Examination Application Forms may be directly submitted to the Institute's Headquarters at Kolkata within 10 days after the last date with a late fee or Rs. 200/- (remitted by Demand Draft / Bank Challan) in addition to the Prescribed Examination Fee.
